Delivery times

Below you will find the average delivery time for our packages:

  • Once an order is placed, we take 1 to 2 business days to process it. During the week this is usually one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend it may take a little longer.
  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery takes an average of 8 to 12 business days.

Placing an order

Ordering at Chloé & Isabelle is straightforward. First, go to the product page and add the item you want to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

Please check that you have selected the correct options and variants. Once everything looks right, click "Proceed to checkout." On the information page, enter your address details and make sure all the information is correct, then continue to the shipping step.

On the shipping page you can review the address you entered. You can then proceed to payment.

At checkout you can choose between several payment methods. All payment options on chloeandisabelle.com are SSL-encrypted, so you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Once you have selected your payment method, complete your order and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase. In the unlikely event that you run into any problems with your order, you can always contact us.

Shipping costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door free of charge, with no minimum order required.
